Fees
The fee charged to an individual client is determined on the basis of the type and complexity of the case, the time devoted and the workload in terms of legal advice, representation in court proceedings, drawing up a legal opinion, pleadings, representation in negotiations and mediation.
The Office offers a flexible system of fees for Business Clients which in each case will be tailor-made to the needs of the company.
The settlement is calculated on a flat-rate sum basis for permanent assistance or on a one-off basis for single legal assistance.
Mediation fee
The fee for carrying out mediation is also calculated depending on the type of the case and the number of sessions necessary to work out a consensus and to sign a settlement. The offer is addressed both to traders operating under economic law as well as to individual clients in terms of all realms of the law.
